Kubernetes, Helm, FluxCD and Terraform for repeatable healthcare infrastructure.

Approach
Exoscale SKS, Kubernetes, Helm, FluxCD, Terraform, Longhorn and encrypted configuration with SOPS.
Result
A more repeatable, reviewable and resilient operating model built around infrastructure as code and GitOps.
CASE 02 / SECURITY

ISO 27001 programme leadership

Connected ISMS, risk and audit work with day-to-day engineering.

Approach
ISMS coordination, risk treatment, policy development, evidence management, stakeholder alignment and audit preparation.
Result
Guided the programme through Stage 1 and Stage 2 audit activity while keeping controls grounded in real technical operations.

Observable, operable services

Grafana and Loki for clearer service behaviour and faster investigation.

Grafana, Loki and Alloy, with operational dashboards, centralised logs and clearer signals for troubleshooting.
